Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change unexpectedly. If you cannot make your scheduled appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so we can reschedule you. Because our appointments are limited and we want to respect our staff's time, deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made within 24 hours.
However, we know that true emergencies happen, so please reach out to us directly to explain your situation and we will do our best to work with you.
Clients that don’t pay the deposit and are booked for an appointment will be charged for the deposit fee.
